South AustraliaPure Evil is: 100 % Chardonnay from 5 to 15 year old vines. Fruit came from three distinctly different regions: 66% McLaren Vale, 11% Barossa Valley, and 23% Riverland.
White peach stone fruit characters. Add luscious & delicious textural mouth feel and a touch of French oak influence. The creaminess is balanced by an elegant freshness.
Bitch $12.95
Australia, Barossa100% Grenache from R Wines achieves the potential of this difficult-to-grow grape. Winemakers Chris Ringland and Lisa Wetherell use fruit from the Barossa Valley in South Australia. Yields from the 25-year-old vines grown in sand over clay are modest, 3 to 5 tons an acre.
This wine is about pleasure. Subversive pleasure. The objective of the wine is to provide pure, explosive, unadulterated, hedonistic, uncompromising, juicy Grenache.
Evil Cabernet Sauvignon $12.95
South Australia100 % Cabernet from 10 to 30 year old vines. Fruit came from three distinctly different regions: 38% McLaren Vale, 37% Barossa, 25% Pyrenees.
Dense tightly packed fruit supported by rich cedary oak. Add intense blackcurrant, ripe plum & distinctly varietal characters.
Seven Sinners Syrah "The Ransom" $19.95
US, CA, Napa Valley (Oakville Bench)This bottling, known as "The Ransom" was sourced from the prestigious Oakville Bench in Napa Valley. The wine spent 18 months in French Oak before being filtered and bottled. The wine is densely packed with rich blackberry, licorice, pepper and exotic spice flavors while balancing layers of depth and purity
