2006 Govone Dolcetto D'Alba $16.95

Italy, Piedmont

100% Dolcetto. The company "Produttori Di Govone" was founded in 1957, and it is situated on the left of the Tanaro river, between Asti and Alba.

It has a ruby red color. The aromas are bright with notes of violets. On the palate it is dry, aromatic, with a pleasantly bitter finish. Pairs well with hors d'oeuvres, vegetables, salami, soups and meats and fresh cheese.
